Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

The following mobile financial services are currently supported for depositing funds at ce999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, contact the support team and keep your transaction reference number on hand.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • It is recommended that the withdrawal number and deposit number belong to the same mobile financial service.
  • In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, ce999 may hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.
  • Funds can only be withdrawn to the registered mobile number — withdrawal to a third-party account is not permitted.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ce999 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 as per the bonus limit, and your total will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer can only be used once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to a third party.
  • ce999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent or unusual activity is detected.
  • The validity period of each bonus offer is stated in the respective promotion details.
  • ce999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer — this does not apply to bonuses already earned.
Please note: In any bonus-related dispute, ce999's decision will be considered final; however, the reasoning behind the decision will be explained and the user's objection will be heard.

Fair Play & Platform Security

6.1 Fair Play Policy
